I'm completely sick of the cold, snow, rain, ice mess we've been having recently and can't wait for Spring! I decided to pull out some bright pastels and do some spring-y flowers!
I started out with 2 coats of Essie BBF Best Boyfriend. This is my go-to basic nude sheer polish, especially for negative space. It's like you're not wearing polish but it makes your nails look great. I absolutely LOVE it. I then used a coat of China Glaze Fairy Dust to add some sparkle. I've recently rediscovered this polish and can't stop using it again. I have this phase every once in a while.
I then used my Lime Crime Les Desserts d'Antoinette collection and a dotting tool to make the flowers. I used all of the shades except Milky Ways. I finished with topcoat as always, making sure not to smear the dots.
What do you think of it? I love a good negative space mani and this one really got me in the mood for Spring!!
