F.U.N Lacquer - Queen - The Sparkliest Polish Ever

Hi everyone! I know it's been a while since my last post but I'm back now and ready to share a gorgeous polish with you today!

This beauty is Queen from F.U.N Lacquer. I first saw this polish on Instagram, along with it's gold version called King, and fell in love. I immediately searched to find out how I could get these! (See note at the end of this post for stockist info).

This is literally the sparkliest polish I've ever seen! F.U.N Lacquer calls this a 'foil effect glitter polish'. It is a mix of silver flakes and holographic glitter and is opaque alone in 2 or 3 coats.

I used 3 coats for my mani. 2 would have been enough but to be sure for photos I preferred to add final thin coat. The formula and application were great. The finish is quite smooth but as always I finished off my mani with a coat of topcoat.

The wear time on this polish was also absolutely amazing. I ended up wearing it for a week without a single chip! This is my first polish from F.U.N Lacquer but I would definitely love to try some more!

I had originally planned to stamp over this but I couldn't bring myself to do it! It's just so beautiful alone!

What do you think of this polish? Did you get either King or Queen?

F.U.N Lacquer can be purchased from the F.U.N Lacquer website (shipping from Singapore) and other authorised stockists. You can see the stockist list and shipping destinations HERE.

Bear Pawlish - She's a Fish Killer

Hi everyone! Today I have a simple swatch for you but of an amazing polish.

She's a Fish Killer was my first Bear Pawlish and I absolutely love it. I definitely need more!

This is a rich and saturated red linear holo. Formula and application were amazing.

Bear Pawlish - She's a Fish Killer

I used two easy coats for my manicure and ended up wearing this for about a week. I can see why it seems to be one of the brand's most popular colours. I can see myself wearing this a lot and it has definitely jumped into my favourite reds.

Bear Pawlish - She's a Fish Killer

I had planned to do some nail art over this but ended up not bothering as it was so stunning alone. Sometimes simple is good, especially when it comes to red polish.

What do you think of this one? Have you tried any Bear Pawlishes?

Bear Pawlish polishes can be purchased from the Bear Pawlish store. You can keep up with restocks and new releases by liking the Bear Pawlish Facebook Page.

Superficially Colorful Lacquer - Life On Pandora Collection

Hi everyone! Today I have the gorgeous Life On Pandora collection from Superficially Colorful Lacquer to show you!

As you may well know already if you follow my blog, I am a huge fan of Superficially Colorful Lacquer. All of her polishes are amazing! This collection is no exception.

These shades are inspired by the film 'Avatar' as you might have guessed from the name. The colours are so vibrant and rich, just like in the film. They are all holographic too! Holographic and neon! What is not to love? So let's get started!

Utral Aymokriyä
A red leaning purple holographic inspired by the special tree where the Omaticaya people can hear the voices of their ancestors.

I'm kicking things off with my absolute favourite of the collection. This colour is so me and so perfect! I used 2 coats and a coat of topcoat.

Omaticaya
The name is translated (in the Na'vi language) into Blue Flute Clan. It is a medium bright blue holographic polish inspired by the nationality of the people living on Pandora.

This is a stunning blue. I love blue polishes but this has jumped right into my favourites! I used 2 coats and a coat of topcoat.

The Sacred Tsaheylu
An apple green holographic polish inspired by the magical connection the people of Pandora have with nature. The meaning of the word Tsaheylu in Na'vi language is bond. Neural connection.

This shade is unique in my collection and I love it! So eye-catching! I used 2 coats and a coat of topcoat.

Menari
The meaning of the word is eyes. And the polish is bright neon yellow with a little bit of green undertone. Inspired by the big yellow eyes of the Omaticaya people of Pandora.

Another unique shade in my collection. I loved this chartreuse! I used 3 coats and a coat of topcoat.

Toruk Matko
An orange holographic polish inspired by the brave rider of the Toruk - the great red-orange leonopteryx.

Jin, the creator of Superficially Colorful polishes can make me love orange polishes like nobody else! This is a stunner. I used 2 coats and a coat of topcoat.

Tsahik
A bright holographic orange-red polish that is inspired by Mo-at - the Tsahil of the Omaticaya clan. The Tsahik is the spiritual leader of the Na'vi clan, and the most important female member.

This was a surprise favourite for me in this collection. I don't own many coral polishes because I'm usually just not drawn to them. I love this one though. I used 2 coats and a coat of topcoat.

Atokirina
A bright holographic pink polish that represents the sacred seeds of the Tree of Souls that lives on Pandora. Atokirina is the Na'vi word for woodsprite. A very pure and sacred spirit that represents the plant's life force.

A wonderful neon pink. I used 2 coats and a coat of topcoat.

The formula and application on all of these were great and I had no issues whatsoever. The colour glides on in two easy coats. I used three for Menari out of personal preference as it is yellow and I had a little bit more visible nail line with 2 coats than with the other colours.

Here is a quick sponge manicure I created using Utral Aymokriyä, The Sacred Tsaheylu, Omaticaya and Menari. I simply sponged over my base of Utral Aymokriyä towards the tips of my nails and sealed it with a coat of topcoat. Super simple but I love it.

Overall I feel that this collection is very well thought out and I know I will enjoy wearing these both throughout the summer and in the cooler months.
