I was inspired by this manicure by one of my favourite bloggers, Pshiiit. I loved the autumn colours and decided to have a go and put my own spin on it.
I ended up wearing this manicure for a good few days and got many compliments on it. So here is how I did it.

I started out with 2 coats of OPI My Vampire is Buff and allowed it to dry sufficiently before starting the nail art.
Next I diluted a variety of autumny coloured polishes with some nail polish remover and applied them in random brushstrokes with a flat nail art brush from the cuticle area working towards the tips of my nails. I just kept dabbing the polishes onto the nail with until you reach the desired opacity and mix of colours. The colours I used are Kiko 280 (orange), Kiko 355 (yellow), Elevation Polish Alpine Heights (Carlit) and OPI Big Apple Red.
When these polishes had dried, I applied a dabbed, sparse coat of A England And The Moonbeams... to add sparkle and depth. This polish is amazing and really looks good over any colour! I love it. I finished off this design with a coat of topcoat.

What do you think of this nail art? Do you like autumn colours too?
A-England polishes can be purchased from the A-England website for those of you in the UK and various other retailers (see the complete list here).
So pretty! Love how it looks almost water colored too.
