Girly Bits Bachelors Button and Freehand Buttons!

Hi everyone! Today I have another freehand nail art for you over a stunning base colour.

I couldn't wait to get my hands on Bachelor's Button after seeing a photo of it from Pam, the creator behind Girly Bits polishes.

Bachelor's Button is a cornflower/periwinkle blue holographic shade from the Spring It On Me! collection.

Application was very easy and the formula was just perfect. I used 2 easy coats for full opacity. The holo of course is more obvious in direct sunlight or artificial light but this is a gorgeous more subtle sort of linear holographic finish rather than the 'in your face' type ones.

I love blue polish on me and wore this for days because its such a lovely colour.

For the nail art, I guess I was inspired by 'button' from the name and decided to do buttons! I used a fine detail brush and acrylic paints to freehand the buttons. I didn't try to make anything too perfect.

I like how they turned out and think the lilac colour looks lovely with Bachelor's Button.

What do you think of this mani? Do you like to do nail art inspired by the polish name?
