Since snagging Ilha do Faial at a recent restock (this shade is a Small Batch Prototype) I knew exactly what mani I wanted to try out with it...It was just screaming to be used with two of my other favourite shades from Elevation Polish, Higravstinden 'Hig' and Mount Cangyan.

Mount Cangyan is a complex royal purple polish full of gold shimmer (you can see a previous mani from me here) and 'Hig' is a gorgeous shimmery teal which just glows!
For the gradient nails, I applied 2 coats of 'Hig'. Application and formula were good and drying time was quite fast. I then used a sponge to apply Mount Cangyan to the tips of my nails and then applied both colours to the sponge and repeated to blend.

I applied 2 coats of Ilha do Faial, a lavender tinted white base full of teal and purple glitters, to 2 nails to match the gradient. The glitters in this beauty match Hig and Mount Cangyan so perfectly! Application was easy and the formula was lovely. I had no trouble getting plenty of glitters onto the brush and onto my nails.

I finished everything off with a coat of topcoat and ended up wearing this mani for almost a week as I loved it so much!
