Autumn Week - Flakies and Leaves

Hi everyone!

Today is day 2 of Autumn week. Like yesterday, I have another autumn leaves manicure for you. I know, I know...leaves again but they're just so pretty and I'm clearly inspired by them! (If you missed day 1, you can see my first mani here).

This time it's a little different as my nail art is stamped.

So for this mani I started out with 2 coats of 6 Harts Bat Crap Crazy. 6 Harts is my friend Courtney's lovely indie brand and she makes some gorgeous polishes! (Courtney also has a blog I love which you can check out to see her gorgeous manis here).

So let me tell you about Bat Crap's the BEST brown polish. Courtney describes it as a 'deep chocolate brown with gold, bronze and scattered holographic shimmers in it' and I can't really do much better than that. It is truly amazing and seems to glow from within. I've used it multiple times since I got it which really shows how much I love it.
Formula and application were great and I reached perfect opacity in two easy and even coats.

I then added a gradient of NfuOh #58 to the tips of my nails and stamped part of the leaf image from the Bundle Monster BM210 plate with Barry M Instant Nail Effects polish in Gold (320). I finished things off with a coat of topcoat! I love how the flakies remind me of fallen leaves and add dimension to the design.

What do you think of this mani? Do you like flakies?

6 Harts polishes can be purchased from the 6 Harts Etsy Shop. You can like the 6 Harts Facebook page here.
